Returns Policy

Our customers can proceed to a product replacement or full refund within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the products, provided that the Return Policy Terms and Conditions listed below are adhered to.
Returns Procedure
The return or replacement procedure is detailed below. zoeartcollection.gr reserves the right to refuse to accept the return or replacement of products that have not been returned in accordance with the Return Policy Terms.
Return of a Defective Product or Replacement
Returns/replacements of defective products are made by contacting zoeartcollection.gr, as follows:

After your request is approved by zoeartcollection.gr, fill in the Returns Form.
The return, will be carried out on your behalf, by the partnering transport company / courier company. Shipping costs will be covered by zoeartcollection.gr.
Upon receipt of your parcel, zoeartcollection.gr will proceed to refund both the value of the products and the cost of your original shipping costs or to replace any defective product, upon agreement with the customer.
Return of Non Defective Product (Unjustified Withdrawal) or Replacement
Returns/replacements of non-defective products are made by contacting zoeartcollection.gr, as follows:
Contact by phone at 6946998156 or by e-mail at zoeartcollection@gmail.com , so that your request can be approved.
After your request is approved by zoeartcollection.gr, fill in the Returns / Withdrawal Form.
Send your parcel to the address indicated on the Returns Form by any courier company you wish and ensure the safe delivery of your parcel to zoeartcollection.gr. Shipping costs for return or replacement of non-defective products are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of your parcel, zoeartcollection.gr will proceed to refund only the value of the products and not the cost of your original shipping or the replacement of defective products, upon agreement with the customer, to the bank account indicated on the return form.
Return which concerns the wrong product:
In the event that the product shipped to you is different from the one you ordered, you may return it within ten (10) business days of its delivery to you free of shipping charges. The product, in this case, can only be returned if the product is in its original condition and with full original undamaged packaging. Shipping costs: the return for these cases is at our expense, provided that you have previously contacted us by phone at 6946998156 or by e-mail at zoeartcollection@gmail.com, in order to subsequently send you the correct product.
Refund:
FOR THE REFUND OF THE PRICE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE PRODUCT RETURN: In the event that in the context of the above, we will proceed to a refund to you of the original price, it is clarified that:
- If the payment had been made by you using a PayPal account, our company is obliged to inform the headquarters of the cancellation of the transaction and PayPal will proceed according to the terms stipulated in the contract signed between the customer (you) and his PayPal account. After such notification, the Company shall not be responsible for the implementation of the terms of the aforementioned contract between the customer and PayPal, as well as for the time and manner of execution of the counter-billing of the said transaction.
- In the event that the payment of the price has been made by cash or Bank transfer or cash on delivery, in order to be reimbursed the said amount, you will indicate from your side a Bank account (sending proof that you are the beneficiary of it) to which the reimbursement of the price of the product will be made by deposit.

Terms of the Return Policy

The return/replacement request must not exceed 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, as evidenced by the receipt documents.
All returned products must be received by zoeartcollection.gr , in their original condition (sealed, without signs of wear or other alterations) and in resale condition.
All returned products must bear the labels and any other accompanying documents or brochures, in their original condition, without signs of wear and tear.
If and when the above conditions are met, you may proceed with your request to have the appropriate amount of money refunded or the product replaced with another of your choice. In any other case, different with the above, zoeartcollection.gr reserves the right not to accept your request.
